Meineke Car Care Center

When moving to Myrtle Beach two years I needed a quick car “fix”. The folks at Meineke handled my issue promptly, professionally, and took personal care with me. I continue to use them for my car needs and couldn’t be more pleased. Thanks for taking such good care of me!

I was in town for vacation over a holiday weekend. I was able to be seen on Monday and had the issue fixed that day. The lady at the counter even held the store open a few extra minutes for me to arrive via uber to pick up my vehicle. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Absolute five star service ! Walked in on a rainy day with a nail in my tire and walked out 20 minutes later with it fixed. Young lady at the front absolutely Customer Service professional and the technician was very easy to talk to when he came out. Highly recommend

*long review alert!* I can’t speak high enough about this place! I purchased a Jeep from Carvana and took it to a different shop (which was my trusted shop) for a once over. They told me Carvana put the wrong fluid in the brake fluid compartment, which will total the Jeep within a few days. They took me back and showed me everything and suggested I take advantage of the 7 day money back guarantee that Carvana offers. I was so bummed. I had spent months waiting for the perfect Jeep to be available and now had to return it. I researched shops that work specifically with Carvana’s Silver Rock warranty program and decided to get a second opinion from THIS Meineke. They were so kind and caring and understood my fear from my news. They assured me it was NOT the wrong fluid and I was fine. I was hesitant to believe them, but decided to trust them after they spent time reassuring me. They did a complimentary brake fluid change to ease my mind, and I am happy to say- my Jeep is running strong 2 months later! I just went back today for a different issue, again, amazing service with kind and compassionate employees- from the front staff to the mechanics!!!

I went in their for them to Find my oil leak and complete a oil change on my truck, they charged me about 160 and instead of communicating with me and letting me know they were unable to find the source of the oil leak , and them k owi g my engine had no oil due to the leak they went on ahead and did the oil change knowing that the oil will just leak out again since they as professionals know . We'll they could have said hey we can't find the oil leak do u want us to do it anyways or just sell u a few grts and give u some dye to run thru it and bring it back in a week or so . Nope they took my money from me. And all the oil they placed inside was gone in less then 2 days and it hurts cause I o ly had so much,. But they sure did tell me I had about 6,00] dollars in damage in every othe6part of the engine . Their good with throwing numbers and hopping your a big fish that would bite the hook
